With over 15 years of corporate and nonprofit experience, Antricia brings a wealth of knowledge to Blipster VA. Her well-rounded experience represents strong analytical skills, staff and office management, event coordination, payroll & bookkeeping, and process improvements. She is a master at achieving excellence in day-to-day operations. Through her various roles, she has been involved in the daily nuisances of growing a business. Her exceptional organization skills, attention to minor details, and overall execution are exceptional characteristics for a virtual assistant. Antricia takes full ownership of her commitments. With her on your team, you can confidently focus your attention on the larger goal, as she focuses on the milestones.
Antricia has obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She currently serves on the board of Mental Health America of Middle TN, is an active member of the Junior League of Nashville, and regularly volunteers in her free time. Her desire has always been to help people in some capacity. Being stuck for so long, she became a life coach & strategist to help other people discover their definition of freedom.
Antricia is a true blipster at heart. A study abroad program in college helped her discover and develop a love for travel. Her wanderlust has taken her to some amazing countries including Spain, Colombia, Cuba, London, and Costa Rica. She is committed to creating a life of her choosing. Antricia is addicted to essential oils, loves to read, kind of speaks Spanish, and thrives on high vibrations.
Shani brings over 12 years of experience in project management and back-office support to the Blipster team, as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In this time she has managed client projects ranging from small-scale to multi-million dollar budgets. Her ability to coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope, is an invaluable asset to the budget-minded entrepreneur. Her project management experience has given her the tools to successfully coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve the client's goals. Managing projects requires time, effort, and discipline, which she will bring as a member of your team.
On the technical side, Shani has an aptness for managing websites, content creation, social media management, and landing page creation. Her focus, creativity, and willingness to master new skill sets on the fly make her an ideal thought leader for a business making moves.
Shani is also passionate about serving the community and volunteers her time for its betterment. For personal and professional balance, Shani is the organizer of a craft beer social group, enjoys traveling, and co-hosting her weekly podcast.
